Abra are small humanoid creatures. They almost always have their eyes shut and like cats spend up to eighteen hours a day sleeping to conserve their psychic energy. Without adequate sleep, they are unable to teleport or use any psychic energy. Abra sleep very lightly, however, and they are always partially alert, ready to teleport to safety. They are even able to teleport in their sleep and often teleport to a different location once an hour to keep from being ambushed. Most of an Abra’s body is golden with brown pauldrons and breastplates, and their oversized golden heads have pointed, fox-like ears. Their snouts and the insides of their ears are slightly lighter in color. They can only teleport and create copies of themselves, which makes them nearly useless in battle and difficult to capture. However, their cute appearance makes them well-coveted, and their evolved forms are extremely strong. Their appearance and nature are based on the “sleeping prophet” Edgar Cayse.
